Marcia has recently launched her second company, Connect Your Dots. This organization specializes in mentoring, motivational coaching, life coaching and transformational behavior coaching. The services are offered to corporates and schools. Marcia has a rich work experience and has worked with several organizations such as Delta Supply Company, Illuminat Jamaica Limited, Digital Transtec Limited and BH Paints. She has worked in the field of Human Resource Management and Mentoring in these organizations. Additionally, she has hosted programs on New Style Radio in the UK and has worked with various mentoring programs such as UTECH, NCU, Branson Center for the Caribbean NYS and YOU. She has also worked with the Chartered Management Institute in the UK. Marcia is a founder of a non-profit organization, the Broken Wings Foundation, that specializes in cancer support services and women empowerment, both for patients, families and friends in the local community.
